Our Village supports older neighbors by providing assistance that enables continued independent living and creates opportunities to connect, make new friends of all ages, take part in social events, enjoy the city’s community and cultural experiences. And for those who need it, our volunteers provide around-the-house support so older adults can live independently and confidently in their own homes. Every year, our volunteers provide more than 1,500 service visits at members’ requests — a ride to the doctor; grocery delivery; setting up a new phone or computer; friendly visits, and more.
