The Douro-Dummer Public Library (DDPL) would like to gratefully acknowledge the recent donation of a large art collection from the estate of Jim Sheehan. This collection is now on display in the DDPL Art Gallery, and each individual piece is up for auction to raise money to support future shows, as well as arts programming in the library. Come out to the gallery during open hours to take a look at the collection - pieces can be bid on up to 8:00PM Sunday Dec 15th. Donations can also be made on this site if you do not see anything you would like to bid on and want to show support for the library.
Those interested in joining us for a celebration of the donation and an opportunity to see the art collection in person are invited to join us on Saturday Dec 14th from 12-2. Light refreshments will be provided.
