SWV Cycle Challenge in France

Join Supporting Wounded Veterans on a unique Cycle Challenge across Brittany and Normandy.

This is a four day military-themed fundraising trip incorporating all SWV does best: great locations, wonderful people and some personal challenge.

We will be starting in Saint-Nazaire at the sight of “the Greatest Raid” of WWII, and over the course of four days the ride will stop at local interest spots, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and many famous Normandy beach landing locations, before finishing at the audacious Pegasus Bridge raid.

With us will be a handful of recently injured veterans as well as a dedicated battlefield guide. It will be a unique experience and a perfect trip for small groups of friends to enjoy.

Harry Long has offered to let us advertise this trip which will hopefully attract about 50 riders, who will all help with the fundraising.

This lot will give you the opportunity to be one of the first to join hence the starting price of the auction lot at £1200 as every penny over and above this will go direct to the charity so bid high, please!
