Yampa View 301 is a corner unit with 2 bedrooms plus loft condo with stunning views of the valley. The unit has recently been renovated. The home has a fully equipped kitchen with new Kitchen Aid appliances. Guest will enjoy a breakfast bar and dining area comfortable for seating up to 9 people. The living room features new gorgeous comfortable furnishings and a cozy gas fireplace. Guests will appreciate the 55 inch Smart TV perfect for movie watching after a long day of adventures. There is a private balcony with beautiful views, perfect for taking in the fresh mountain air or enjoying the colorful sunsets. The unit has 3 flat screen TV's and free Wi-Fi for your enjoyment. The unit has a stack able washer and dryer for your convenience.
The master bedroom has a new Queen bed, flat screen tv and attached bathroom with a stall shower. The second bedroom has a new queen bed with a additional full bathroom including a shower tub combination. The loft has two twin beds, (which can be made into a king bed ), a flat screen TV and it's own bathroom with a stall shower.
Yampa View guests have access to two outdoor hot tubs on a sundeck with beautiful views of the valley, a fitness room and shuttle service during the ski season.
