All sales are
final no refunds, returns or exchanges will be accepted under any
circumstances.
· Credit/Debit Card Pre-Registration: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover will be accepted and
required to participate in the auction.
· Winner Notification & Billing: After auction closes on Friday, Dec. 8th at 12:00
PM, the pre-registered credit/debit card of the winning bidder will be
automatically charged.
· The winning bidder will own the item(s) once the auction is closed
and will receive an invoice link via email to PRINT their paid invoice and
submit at the time of pick up.
TERMS
& CONDITIONS:
· All items must be picked up in the Breakaway Conference Room
on Monday, 12/11 or Tuesday 12/12 between the hours of 12:00pm - 3:00 pm EST or
items and payment will be forfeited.
· Items have not been appraised and are sold as is.
· Item description will not include a brand name, as
authenticity of items can not be confirmed.
· Bid removal will not be granted under any
circumstances (all bids will be final) unless team member is outbid.
· Team member’s company ID and printed copy of paid invoice will be
required at time of pick up to collect item(s). Please note that shipping and
interoffice delivery Is not available. Items must be picked up in person by the
winning team member.
· Remote South Florida team members who do not have a company ID may
use a driver’s license or state issued picture ID.
· Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, and debit cards will be accepted
and will be required during the registration process.
· Team members must register with a mobile phone number, NOT a work
phone number.
· For outbid situations, team members will be notified by both email
and text message
